Israel's Elections: What has Changed?

In this feature piece on RealClearWorld, and shared on RealClearPolitics, the day before Israel's September elections, I lay out why Israel is going to a second elections in the span of 6 months, what has changed in the interim, and why any of it matters. I claim that in addition to the referendum on Netanyahu, and the nature of Israel's democracy, these elections were taken over by Avigdor Lieberman and questions of religion and state, which rarely feature so strongly in an election. If Netanyahu loses, these could be his last.
